There are days when many of you are craving that MacDonald’s Hash Brown. I’m sure some time ago, back in the prehistoric days I felt the same way, but not now. I haven’t eaten there since 1994, and I haven’t looked back.
I do however, sometimes get that urge to eat something like a hash brown, but don’t feel like getting dressed in the morning to go out and get some. So here’s a recipe to help save me and you from venturing outside, so that we can stay in, clad in a robe and bunny slippers, and a coffee on hand.
Oh, and yes, I made it to day 50. Reason to celebrate!
