Holy crap, it’s after 11 and I haven’t posted yet! Been a busy day, but I guess it’s better late than never.
This is probably the easiest recipe I’ve posted so far, and by Thor’s Hammer it’s good! All you need is a barbecue, which most of you already have, and a self-rotating rotisserie spit (which you can get for $20 at Canadian Tire or some such place). I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. I’ve already brushed my teeth, so I’ll have to make this posting quick, or I’ll risk dirtying my teeth!
