Not long ago, I told a story about the time I was bounty hunting in New Mexico. Well not long after I collected the bounty on Hugo “Brickface” MaCain, I ended up shacking up with a Mexican filly to recover after suffering a painful gunshot wound in the leg. She had a small cornfield, and when the crop came in, I made up this recipe to say thanks for her hospitality.
