This is what most people think of when they think of tofu - horrid tasteless blobs of jiggling rubber packed in water. While tofu doesn’t have a lot of natural flavour, there are things you can do to add flavour, and this recipe packs quite a wallop. I whipped up a batch of this using a whole package of tofu, and it was so good, I ate the whole thing in one sitting!
I think I might just have to make a batch right now. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it...
