The Longest Ride...
Well I went out biking again with my brother, and he ended up taking me for a ride that was longer than planned, again. I'm not complaining, but I sure was tired afterwards. I better start to see some results soon, or I will be pissed off. If I can cycle this far I want to look it.

Can you feel your *SS? Or is it like permanently crimped? Sorry we weren't home when you phoned; we'd headed to the AMC to see Superman (& totally loved it! YAYYYY!) Congratulations on the Longest Ride to date. You continue to inspire us all... and make me wince in pain at the thought of 3 1/2 hrs. on a teeny tiny little seaT! (PS Didja get any yummy Rideau Bakery baked goods?)
Man if I had any motivation at all I would go out and do that too!
